We got a room with bidet. The staff were really helpful and very very helpful during our stay.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

I would gladly return here as it had everything we required, including modern and cozy rooms and an on-site restaurant for dinner.

Not the cheapest one though great value. Fairly clean hotel, amicable staff, particularly good and absolutely perfect location to the opera in Livorno. Nice building and rooms in my bed. Lots of supplies in the room: a minibar, climate control, and a flat-screen TV. Location close to ferries as well as the seaside. For tea or coffee visit Bar Sole nearby❤

I booked a room with a shower, hairdryer, and bidet and thoroughly enjoyed its favorable central location.

The room was really clean and comfortable even if not very large. the bathroom is clean and the personnel is very friendly and professional

The room was great, and I liked that it felt new. 🌟 the bathroom was big and had everything we needed like hair dryers, a bidet, and even complimentary toiletries. the staff was super friendly and welcoming every time we interacted with them!

The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, while encouraging us to speak Italian. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was rather expensive for the limited choice.

Once our room was changed after the first night at the suggestion of reception, it suited us very well.

This hotel is a gem! the location is fantastic - you can easily walk to all the best places in town, including the city center, restaurants, shops, and tourist spots. Secondly, the staff here are so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Lastly, the value for money is great, with reasonable prices and good basic amenities. Plus, the breakfast spread is excellent, with a wide variety of freshly brewed coffees.

The only thing that could be improved is the smell in the rooms, which was a bit unpleasant.

The hotel was excellent. Comfortable beds, clean towels every day and a really nice bathroom with a good shower. There was air conditioning, a small fridge and a TV in the room. The reception staff were brilliant - excellent English spoken. The hotel is central for the shops and close to the bus station if you want to take a trip around. We thought the hotel was excellent value for money and we were glad we picked Hotel Touring in Livorno for our stay.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

Convenient central location with nearby secure parking at an additional cost. Friendly and helpful staff. Street cafe/bar next door ideal for a cold beer. Recommended local fish restaurant was excellent. Close to ferry.
